This will be a great asset to a teacher to have the knowledge of the different learning theories and applying them to his/her class which ever one is unique and fitting to his/her class. the teacher will always have a variety in teaching his/her content to the class. Some learning theories that will gravitate to students learning are The Constructivism, Engagement, Multiple Intelligence, Vygotsky's Constructionist will allow students to never have a dull moment in class this is where guaranteed participation of students and students talents in garnering the content will be showed or in other words "Shine".
The teacher must always be flexible when teaching his/her lesson. Another way of getting students to understand a content is the use of technology eg."the computer". This is a means for reaching the instructional objectives in the classroom. Therefore, students who are able to use the computer can grasp the content better, while those who are not able to do so will also learn a new way of getting the content instead of just learning from a textbook, because not all students learn from one method of teaching.
